1. About the Website
These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Hero Training website at https://herotraining.app, including its text, images, product demonstrations, early-access form and other publicly available content.
The Website is currently operated by Aleks Mavrič, an individual based in Slovenia. Questions may be sent to hello@herotraining.app.
Hero Training is currently a pre-launch software project. Joining the early-access list does not constitute a purchase, paid reservation, investment, licence grant or guarantee that the product will launch on a particular date or with every feature currently shown.
2. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Website for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You may share an ordinary link to the Website and quote short excerpts where legally permitted and accompanied by appropriate attribution.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original Hero Training website copy, visual compositions, original illustrations, product screenshots, videos, branding, logos, source code, software and sufficiently original interface elements are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Except where applicable law expressly permits, you may not:
- reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Website or product materials;
- copy the Website's distinctive visual presentation or interface for a competing product;
- remove copyright, attribution or rights-management notices;
- systematically scrape or extract Website content to build a dataset or competing service;
- use the Hero Training name, logo or branding in a way likely to cause confusion;
- attempt to access non-public source code or systems without permission.
These restrictions do not claim ownership over general ideas, facts, productivity methods, common interface patterns, third-party materials or open-source components.
4. Feedback
You may voluntarily send suggestions or feedback. General ideas contained in feedback may be used to improve Hero Training without payment or obligation, unless separately agreed. Your name, image, testimonial or original work will not be used publicly without separate permission.
5. No Guaranteed Outcome
Hero Training is intended as a productivity and personal-execution tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice and does not guarantee productivity, academic, business, health or financial outcomes.
6. Availability and Liability
The Website, previews and features may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided for pre-launch informational purposes and no liability is accepted for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on incomplete previews or temporary unavailability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Slovenian law, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to you.
